Here are the nine reports of police misconduct tracked for Monday, March 6, 2017:

  • Bossier Parish, Louisiana: A deputy was arrested for DWI after being pulled over for improper lane change. He was fired.
  • Update: Deschutes County, Oregon (First reported 02-21-17): A deputy who was arrested for harassing a 67-year-old woman after an off-duty fender bender has been fired.
  • Update: Mocksville, North Carolina (First reported 04-07-12): One of three officers who claimed they were fired for reporting misconduct has been ordered to be reinstated. Civil damages for the three will be determined at a later time.
  • Update: Baltimore, Maryland (First reported 11-18-16): An officer who was already suspended while charges are pending for allegedly sexting a minor was arrested for domestic assault against his boyfriend.
  • Lantana, Florida: An officer was charged with felonious transmission of obscene material.
  • Update: Washtenaw, Michigan (First reported 12-22-16): A now-former officer was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to serve 40 hours of community service for his ‘super drunk’ driving arrest. He was also sentenced to 93 days in jail, but that was suspended pending completion of probation.
  • Shelby County, Tennessee: A deputy was charged with domestic violence after an incident at his estranged wife’s home.
  • Charleston, South Carolina: An officer was arrested for DUI after an off-duty traffic stop.
  • East Cleveland, Ohio: An officer has been suspended while he is under investigation for rubbing a sex toy on the bodies of women in a car he pulled over for a turn signal infraction.
